The issue is bigger than property taxes. It is Nebraska’s overall tax burden and that burden is causing Nebraskans to leave the state. Dr. Goss also said “I’m sorry to tell you, Iowa is moving aggressively toward reducing their tax burden. Nebraska must move in the same direction.”
There is now a 3rd petition drive to determine the life, or death, of an unborn child. The petition drive filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State titled “Now Choose Life” is the only one of the three that stands for life.
